Organization: Systems Integration and Technology
Location: Location Negotiable
Travel: 100% (Monday - Friday)
Systems Integration and Technology (SI&T) offers a full range of global delivery services-from enterprise solutions, system integration, technical architectures, business intelligence, infrastructure consulting, and technology research/development.

Accenture Technology Consulting (ATC) falls within the SI&T organization and provides services aimed at improving the strategic intent, transforming economics and effectiveness, and the overall design, of a company`s information technology capabilities and/or functions. Information technology capabilities include IT planning and management, IT processes and approaches, and IT assets that provide the operational components necessary to run applications.
Workplace Technology and Collaboration covers end-user computing solutions that deliver a high-performance work environment for organizations. Solutions are oriented around desktop transformations, messaging transformations, collaborative/productivity technology, and efficient deployment methodologies. Accenture uses information technology to automate common workplace activities. We team closely with our clients to help them shape a Next Generation Workplace and implement the work processes and IT infrastructure required to deliver high performance. Our solutions enable organizations to achieve significant competitive business advantage in workforce productivity improvements and efficiencies
Key Responsibilities May Include:
• Participate on a team designing, building and/or testing Application and/or Desktop Virtualization Technology
• Thoroughly document all facets of the infrastructure solution
• Apply Accenture methodology, Accenture reusable assets, and previous work experience to delivery consistently high quality work.
• Deliver written or oral status reports regularly
• Stay educated on new and emerging market offerings that may be of interest to our clients.
• Travel Required - 100% (Monday through Friday)
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum 4 years of professional experience in 2 of the 5 following areas
o Server Based Computing Build (Citrix XenApp, Windows Terminal Services)
o Virtual Desktop Infrastructure Build (VMWare View, Citrix XenDesktop, etc.)
o Connection Broker Build (VMWare, Citrix, LeoStream, Quest, etc.)
o Application Virtualization Build (Microsoft App-V, Endeavor, InstallFree, ThinApp, etc.)
o Thin Client Deployment (Wyse, HP, etc.)
Minimum of 2 year of technical architecture design, evaluation, and analysis
Minimum of 4 years of Project Management experience (Project and Resource planning using MS Project)
Minimum of a Bachelor`s degree
Preferred Skills:
Previous Consulting or client service delivery experience
Previous experience developing and successfully selling the business case for App/Desktop Virtualization
Personnel Development Experience (hiring, resource planning, performance feedback, etc.) Technical/Team Leadership experience
Professional Skill Requirements:
Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem solving environment
Attention to Detail
Strong organizational & multi-tasking skills
Strong analytical skills and thought processes
